Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the HireKarma Shortlisted Program, candidates agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions are designed to ensure consistent participation, professional conduct, training completion, and fair access to placement opportunities.

1. Program Eligibility and Continuation

A candidate's participation in the Shortlisted Program may be reviewed, suspended, cancelled, or terminated in cases of prolonged non-responsiveness to official communication, insufficient attendance, repeated absence from scheduled interviews, failure to participate in mandatory assessments or training activities, or non-compliance with the program requirements.

2. Salary Expectations

Candidates are expected to maintain realistic and reasonable salary expectations based on their skills, qualifications, experience, performance, market conditions, and the compensation standards of the recruiting organization.

3. Interview Participation

Candidates must not skip, reject, or withdraw from a scheduled interview solely because the offered or expected compensation does not meet their personal salary expectations.

4. Mandatory Interview Participation

Candidates are expected to attend all interviews and recruitment opportunities scheduled or assigned to them through HireKarma and participate in the recruitment process professionally and responsibly.

5. Number of Interview Opportunities

Eligible candidates may receive a limited number of interview opportunities during the program. The number of opportunities may vary based on candidate performance, eligibility, recruiter requirements, interview outcomes, and the availability of suitable recruitment opportunities.

6. Repeated Absence from Interviews

Candidates who repeatedly miss scheduled interviews without a valid and approved reason may lose eligibility for future interview opportunities and placement support.

7. Official Communication

Candidates must use the official communication channels designated by HireKarma for all program, training, assessment, and placement-related communication. Creating or using unauthorized individual groups for official placement-related communication is not permitted.

8. Mandatory Training Participation

Candidates are required to attend and actively participate in the prescribed training schedule throughout the program. This may include technical training, soft skills, aptitude, reasoning, employability skills, assessments, workshops, and other activities as determined by HireKarma.

9. Minimum Attendance Requirement

Candidates must maintain the minimum attendance percentage prescribed for the program. The standard minimum attendance requirement is 75%, unless otherwise communicated by HireKarma. Candidates falling below the required attendance level may receive fewer interview opportunities, additional training requirements, or may become ineligible for further placement support.

10. Mandatory Assessments

Candidates must participate in all mandatory assessments conducted as part of the program and meet the prescribed performance requirements. Assessment participation and performance may be considered while determining continued eligibility for placement opportunities.

11. Final Assessment and Placement Eligibility

Candidates who achieve 60% or above in the final assessment will become eligible to proceed to the placement phase, subject to other program requirements and the availability of suitable opportunities.

Candidates who score below 60% in the final assessment may be required to undergo an additional round of training, remedial sessions, or a further assessment before being considered for placement opportunities.

12. Job-Ready Certificate

Candidates who achieve 60% or above in the final assessment may be awarded a Job-Ready Certificate, subject to successful completion of the applicable program requirements.

13. Professional Conduct

Candidates are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the program and recruitment process. This includes appropriate communication with HireKarma representatives, trainers, recruiters, HR personnel, companies, and other stakeholders.

14. Leave and Absence

Leave or absence may be approved only for valid reasons and subject to the program requirements. Candidates should inform HireKarma in advance, wherever reasonably possible, through the prescribed official communication channel and provide appropriate justification when required.

15. Placement Support and Opportunity Allocation

Placement opportunities are not guaranteed and are subject to candidate eligibility, performance, attendance, assessment results, recruiter requirements, company selection criteria, and availability of suitable opportunities. HireKarma may determine the suitability and allocation of opportunities based on these factors.

16. Right to Review Eligibility

HireKarma reserves the right to periodically review a candidate's eligibility for continued training, assessments, interviews, and placement support based on attendance, participation, assessment performance, interview participation, professional conduct, responsiveness, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

17. Modification of Program Requirements

HireKarma reserves the right to modify, update, or introduce program requirements, training schedules, assessment criteria, communication processes, or placement procedures when reasonably required for effective program administration.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or continuing to participate in the Shortlisted Program, the candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional program guidelines communicated by HireKarma from time to time.

Note: Participation in the Shortlisted Program provides access to training and eligible placement opportunities but does not constitute a guarantee of employment or selection by any recruiting organization.
